Gather around cozy fire pits for marshmallow roasting, challenge friends to festive games, and make memories that sparkle like the winter night sky.

Join us for an exciting volleyball showdown as St. Thomas take on Crandall. Whether you're a die-hard fan or just looking for some campus energy, this is your chance to cheer loud and show your school spirit.

Watch as kids (and kids-at-heart) glide, twirl, and laugh on the ice, then warm up by the cozy fire and soak in the lively winter atmosphere in the heart of the city.

Celebrate life well crafted in Fredericton with skating parties in Officers’ Square every Friday, Saturday, and Sunday of FROSTival.

Join The Friends of Mactaquac Park for a leisurely stroll along the Alex Creek Trail at Mactaquac Park.  Warm up with hot chocolate and cinnamon buns freshly made in a reflector oven at the shelter near the trail.  We will depart from the parking lot at the Mactaquac Park Administration Building, 1256 Route 105, Mactaquac, NB starting at 1 pm and continuously bring visitors to the site until 4 pm.  Good winter boots are recommended and if conditions are slippery, icers would help.  Updates about the Winter Walk can be found on our

Each Saturday afternoon, the Museum will offer free hot chocolate and half-price admission to visitors. This creates a cozy atmosphere for patrons to explore exhibits, linger, and socialize.

Always wanted to make your own jewellery but didn’t know where to start? Looking to make a gift for someone?

This beginner’s workshop will introduce you to the basics of chainmail. You will learn how to make a basic chainmail bracelet in the Byzantine style, and a clasp in the Shepherd or S-hook style. At the end of this workshop you will go home with one sterling silver bracelet finished or in progress, and the skills you need to make more!

The Fredericton Region Museum will commemorate the storied winter 1813 march of the 104th (New Brunswick) Regiment of Foot, which trekked over 1,100 kilometres from Fredericton to Kingston to support British forces in Upper Canada.

Cet atelier pour débutants vous initiera aux rudiments de la fabrication de bijoux à mailles. Vous apprendrez à fabriquer un bracelet à mailles simple dans le style byzantin ainsi qu’un fermoir de style berger ou crochet en S. À la fin de l’atelier, vous repartirez avec un bracelet en argent sterling prêt à porter ou en voie d’achèvement et avec les connaissances nécessaires pour en fabriquer d’autres!

Mariant des étirements en douceur, une respiration lente et des mouvements faciles, ce cours de mouvement en pleine conscience tisse un lien entre le corps et l’esprit pour vous et votre chien.
Avec votre compagnon à quatre pattes, détendez-vous en suivant une séance guidée toute en douceur qui favorise l’équilibre, le confort et le calme, puis dégustez une boisson si le cœur vous en dit.
Cette séance est animée par Sam, la maître-chien expérimentée de Dog’s Walk, et la kinésiologue Lee Miller.

Beer Poking, or bierstacheln in German, is a 400-year-old tradition that began with blacksmiths using hot pokers to warm up their beer enough to drink comfortably in the cold winter months in Bavaria. We'll be using hot pokers to dip in a selection of our darker, sweeter beers. This will not only warm them up but also completely change the flavour profile with caramelization.
